Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Viel & Co. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:

Be unused and in its original condition
Be in the original packaging (including tags and labels)
Include all accessories and manuals that were shipped with the item

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following:

Personalized or custom-made products
Gift cards
Final sale / clearance items
Opened hygiene, beauty, or perishable goods
Items that have been worn, used, or altered

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at info@vielco.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label (if eligible) and instructions.
Ship the item back to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Damaged or heavily used items may result in a partial refund or denial of the return.

Exchanges

We currently only offer refunds. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order after your return is processed.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@vielco.store with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund (including shipping) at our discretion.
