Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing or carrier delays outside our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
